Team management
Invite colleagues, assign roles, track team usage, and manage seats — all from one dashboard. Available on the Team plan.
Who can access the team page
The team page is visible to Owners and Admins of a company on the Team plan. Regular members cannot see or manage the team — they use Thoth normally and benefit from the shared subscription.
Roles
Every team member has one of three roles:
Owner
Full control — billing, member management, role changes, and all admin actions. One per company.
Admin
Can invite members, change roles (except Owner), and remove members. Cannot manage billing.
Member
Uses Thoth with the team's plan benefits. No access to the team management page.
Inviting members
Click "Invite" in the team header to open the invitation dialog. You have two options:
- Invite by email — enter any email address to send an invitation. The recipient gets an email with a link to join your company.
- Quick-add domain users — if colleagues already have Thoth accounts with the same email domain, they appear in a list and can be added directly.
Pending invitations are listed with options to resend or cancel them.
Managing members
From the Members tab, each member row has an actions menu where you can:
- Change role — promote a member to Admin or demote an Admin to Member
- Remove immediately — the member loses team access right away
- Schedule removal — the member keeps access until the end of the current billing cycle, then is automatically removed. A countdown indicator shows how much time is left. You can cancel a scheduled removal at any time.
Team analytics
The Overview tab shows company-wide usage at a glance: total members, active users, usage trends, and generation volumes over time. Use these metrics to understand how your team is using Thoth and where to focus onboarding efforts.
Seats and billing
The Team plan has a base price plus a per-seat fee. When you add or remove members, the seat count syncs automatically with your billing provider. You can view your current seat allocation and manage your subscription from the plans page.
